Fellowship Programs Enter Refining Period

Since 1965, the Bush Fellowship Programs have supported more than 2,200 accomplished artists, physicians and leaders in deepening their skills and pursuing training for greater leadership.

Currently, the Foundation is pursuing three Goals for a Decade—to increase educational achievement, to support the self-determination of 23 Native nations and to develop the courageous leadership needed to solve tough public problems.

We are in the process of refining our fellowship programs to enable us to select future fellows whose work and interests intersect with the issues on which the Foundation is focused.
