{ READ MORE }Designed in collaboration with artists living in North Dakota and South Dakota, this initiative provides Dakota–based artists with project grants ranging from $3,000 to $6,000 combined with professional development activities and artist convenings.
Approximately 8 to12 grants will be awarded each year.
The DCC program is intended to help Dakota-based artists develop new ideas and directions for specific projects. Artists working in all disciplines are eligible for support—categories alternate on a bi-annual basis. Funding may be used for travel, study and research, artist residencies and retreats, equipment and materials, and short-term projects.
Artists may be at any stage of their life’s work from early to mature.
