Selection Committees

Historically, two selection committees have chosen Bush Leadership Fellows. The preliminary selection committee chose finalists after a review of all application forms, references, standardized test results and interview reports. It then invited finalists to participate, at Foundation expense, in interviews with a separate final selection committee that chose fellows.
